Lisandro Martinez returns to Carrington to step up injury recovery
Manchester United have welcomed centre-back Lisandro Martinez back to Carrington for the final stages of his recovery from a foot injury . The Argentine broke a bone in his foot during April's Europa League quarter-final clash with Sevilla and missed the rest of the season as a result. After undergoing surgery to repair the injury , the plan was for Martinez to make a recovery in time for pre-season and all appears to be going well with the 25-year-old, who confirmed on Twitter that he is back at Carrington.
