Verstappen wants to race outside F1 in 'two or three years'
Max Verstappen has revealed that he hopes to take part in endurance racing, possibly in "two or three years ", alongside father Jos.
The Dutchman is contracted to remain with the Red Bull F1 team until the end of 2028, meaning that he will be 31 years old by the time that his deal ends.
While the likes of Fernando Alonso have continued racing far beyond this age – with Alonso set to turn 42 in 2023 – Verstappen does not see himself staying in Formula 1 until that stage.
He would, however, like to try his hand at other categories of motorsport at some point in the future.
