NBA Parlay Picks & Predictions for Saturday at +590 odds, 10/28

It’s the first weekend of the new NBA season and a total of 14 teams are in action around the association. NBA TV is showing 2 Games tonight, one of them is inside our NBA Mega Parlay which you can see below.

Check out our NBA predictions for picks for tonight’s 7-Game slate, but let’s not waste any more time and jump straight into it.

Over 217.5 total points in Bulls vs Pistons (-110)

New Orleans Pelicans -3.5 (-108)

Memphis Grizzlies -1.5 (-114)

NBA Parlay odds: +590

Over 217.5 total points in Bulls vs Pistons (-110)

Both the Bulls and Pistons played last night, so it’s only natural to assume defense won’t be a priority in tonight’s game. Last season these two teams had defensive allowed an average of 110.3 and 116.2 points per game when playing on 2nd nights of a back-to-back. Chicago also played an extra period in their game against the Raptors last night, so there could be some tired legs out there on defense. Only 1 of the 4 meetings between the two teams was a low scoring game, with the other 3 producing 232, 234 and 250 points respectively. By today’s NBA standards scoring 218 points doesn’t sound like a whole lot, so let’s target the over here.

New Orleans Pelicans -3.5 over NY Knicks (-108)

New York is playing on a 2nd night of a back-to-back, while the Pelicans had a couple of days of rest before this Game. New Orleans had one of the best records when playing with no rest going 7-2 SU last season. C.J. McCollum, Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram are finally playing together, they just beat the Grizzlies by 7 points on the road. This will be their season opener at home, so you have to figure they’ll come out firing in this one. Zion will be a match-up problem for the Knicks here, they don’t exactly have anyone on their roster that could slow him down. New Orleans is 2-1 SU in the last 3 meetings, so I’ll take them to cover the spread here.

Memphis Grizzlies -1.5 over Washington Wizards (-114)

And finally we have the Memphis Grizzlies covering the spread in Washington, against one of the worst teams in the league. Memphis needs a win badly here after starting the season 0-2. After playing the Pelicans and Nuggets in their first 2 games, this will be a much easier task against a team that just beat by 23 points on the road in Indiana. No Ja Morant is an issue, but we’ve seen flashes from Derrick Rose in last night’s game vs Denver, he is more than capable of filling the void until Ja returns. The Wizards aren’t going anywhere this season. Their best hope of winning games on a nightly basis is if Jordan Poole gets hot from the field. Marcus Smart should be capable of keeping him under control I think. Memphis has gone 8-4 ATS in the last 12 meetings and 6-2 SU in the last 8 head-to-head. Take the Grizzlies here.
